Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Orders:

Minimum orders of $100. For wholesale orders under $100, a $35 shipping charge will be applied to the invoice as a separate line item charge. 

Returns:

All returns must be authorized by EZMed Inc. to be eligible

for credit. To obtain authorization contact our office by

Opened product is not eligible for return.

Terms of Credit:

Credit will be issued only against further purchases of products. 

Credit will be calculated at the lowest invoiced price. No credit will be allowed on products over 30 days from date of invoice. Credits are

void 30 days from the date of issue. Open product is not eligible for credit.

No Cash Refunds: 

Value of returned products will be credited to your account.

Net 30 days, cash in advance and cash on delivery where applicable.

The customer will be charged applicable rates for freight and applicable rates for type of shipping method. We ship by air, sea, and ground.
